Mr. Kizuguto is a co-founder and Partner at HexaLaw. He heads the corporate and commercial wing of the firm. He has over ten (10) years’ experience in legal practice with bias in corporate management and secretarial, regulatory/compliance and gaming law.  Mr. Kizuguto is among the few practitioners in the country with strong exposure and proven track record in the gaming industry.

Before he founded HexaLaw, Mr. Kizuguto worked with a number of entities including public institutions, private companies and international corporations. He has the privilege of working with LawCastles (Advocates), BLC Advocates and Ardean Attorneys. He also worked with Gaming Board of Tanzania as Chief Legal Advisor and Corporate Secretariat. He was privileged to work for Sportpesa Limited as Company Secretary and Director of Legal Services. At different times, he has been engaged as an independent consultant and legal advisor to Black Op Ventures Limited (UK), Auto Trace Limited (Kenya), GM Gaming Limited (Malta) and Headsquare (Pty) Ltd (South Africa). He has also extended his services to Gaming Africa Limited (Meridian), Complexe Limited (Las Vegas Casino), Mzuri Tech Limited, MAAAR Company Limited, Zanjo Trans Company Limited, TLZ Properties Limited, CG Honey (T) Limited and Dar Entertainment Services Limited.

Mr. Kizuguto is experienced in gaming, corporate governance and secretarial, contracts, real estate, labour and industrial relations, debt recovery, immigration, taxation, banking and insurance. His experience in the gaming industry has made the firm a one stop center where those seeking to invest in Sports Betting, Casino, SMS Lottery, Promotional Lottery, National Lottery and Slot Machines obtains proper guidance and services from establishing legal entities under which to trade, obtaining Tax Identification Numbers (TIN(s)), Opening Bank Accounts, preparing and filing documents and information required for obtaining gaming license, obtaining resident and work permits to preparing and filing documents for obtaining requisite compliance permits and licenses ready for take-off. Mr. Kizuguto is also well experienced in insolvency, both court-centered and voluntary.

Mr. Kizuguto is a Member of the Tanganyika Law Society and East Africa Law Society. He holds a Degree of Master of Laws (LL.M) in Corporate and Commercial Law from the University of Dar es Salaam.
