MR. EMMANUEL FRED NJAMA

Mr. Njama serves as Partner at HexaLaw.  He is a Certified Arbitrator who is well versed in Arbitration and Mediation. His areas of competence includes Insurance, Banking and Finance, Securities and documentations, Mining and Communications. He is a commercial lawyer with stronghold in Insurance, Banking and Companies.

He represents public and private companies, entrepreneurs, private firms, financial and institutional clients in a broad range of corporate and securities transactions including, incorporation, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, compliance and corporate governance matters. Mr Njama counsels management, directors and shareholders in connection with entity formation, contract negotiation, operational and employment issues, commercial leasing, compliance and financing. He has vast experience in transactions involving Banking, Insurance, Technology, Real Estate and Service sectors.

Mr. Njama is a Member of the Tanganyika Law Society and East Africa Law Society. He holds a Degree of Master of Laws in Corporate and commercial Law.
