Mr. Nyenyembe is the Advocate of the High Court and Subordinate Courts serve for Primary Courts and has been working with the firm for seven years. His areas of practice are company formation and secretarial and Litigation. He also advises international clients on Investments in Tanzania. He is well experienced in incorporation of Companies such as Anthonetha Microfinance Company Limited, E –Home Limited, Shufo Company Limited, FSS Clearing and forwarding company limited and Push 2 win limited.
Mr. Nyenyembe is a member of the Tanganyika law society and East Africa Law Society. He holds a Degree of Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law School of Tanzania.
