Managing Partner

Mr.  Rweikiza is the Managing Partner at HexaLaw. He is a renown litigant with over fifteen years’ experience. He also heads the litigation wing of the firm. Mr. Rweikiza is well versed in Trade and Service Marks and Intellectual Property Rights. He joined HexaLaw as Partner in 2015 after he had spent a great deal of his carrier working with a number of entities. Some of these includes Mutabuzi and Company Advocates, GM Attorneys Advocates, Jadecam Real Estates Limited, Osingo Construction Co. Limited and Classic Mall Limited.

Mr. Rweikiza, as a litigant, enjoys litigating on both criminal and civil matters. He is good at commercial disputes, labour and industrial relations, Banking, Tax, Probate and Administration of Estates and Construction. Trade and Service Marks, Patents and Intellectual Property rights is also a good area of his comfort. He at one time happened to work with Spoor and Fisher of St. Helier, Jersey in the United Kingdom as head of Trade/Service marks and Company registration.  

Mr. Rweikiza is a Member of the Tanganyika Law Society and East Africa Law Society. He is also a Registered Arbitrator and a Tanzanian Member of St. Egidio – an International Organization dealing with conflict mediation in different parts of the World which is head quartered in Rome, Italy. He holds a Degree of Bachelor of Laws from the University of Dar es Salaam.
