Company Formation, Corporate Management, Secretarial and Insolvency

We are one of the best corporate lawyers in Tanzania and East Africa with more than fifteen years of practice. We assist our clients by condensing the time within which to commence their business. This is done by making sure we get the nitty-gritties of the information required and try and lobby relevant authorities to get what we need within the shortest period of time. To us, time is of essence.

For fresh businesses, we have a maximum of three days to get the company established and a day to have the Tax Identification Number and the bank Account. On other regulatory and compliance matters, we work hand in hand with our clients and bank on our long existing relationship with government Authorities such as Tanzania Food and Drug Authority (TFDA), Tanzania Bureau of Standards (TBS), Tanzania Communications Regulatory Authority (TCRA), Central Bank of Tanzania (BOT), Gaming Board of Tanzania (GBT), Business Registrations and Licensing Authority (BRELA), Ministry of Land and Natural Resources and others to quench the thirst of our clients efficiently but timely.

As of 2021, our firm incorporated more than 20 companies and provided secretarial services to more than 5 companies.
